Our relationship with clients most often begins with an orientation meeting. Whether in person or by telephone, the intent is to introduce you to L3 and our process, and to learn as much as possible about you and/or your company. Based on variables this can continue with subsequent meetings.
We spend considerable time and effort studying and assimilating all of the information you provide. We are good listeners, quick on the uptake, and we ask many questions. A complete understanding of your company and priorities is essential to achieving the most effective solutions.
Based on our mutual understanding of your needs and priorities we will schedule a project "start date". We will also provide you with an approximate completion date, and we are normally very close on that estimation.
Depending upon client needs the project may actually begin with a Strategy session(s), or we may be able to begin the Drafting or Design Phase. From this point forward we will communicate regularly and continue to exchange ideas and information.
It is requisite that we have a point of contact with decision making authority available on a reasonable basis.
